A common habit among motorists is to start their vehicles as soon as they are awake, without first inspecting the vehicle's essential components to see if they are worn out or depleted of liquid. Throughout this post, I'll go over key automotive items you should inspect before starting your vehicle each day.

1. You should check your car wipers as the first thing when you wake up in the morning and you're about to start your car in order to see if they're working properly as expected because you don't know when it's going to rain while you are driving. If your wipers fail to work as they should, it can lead to an unexpected accident because the windscreen will be covered with droplets of water which the wipers will not be able to wipe off in order to see clearly.

2. Also, the next thing to check is your radiator water level because a car radiator helps to cool down the engine while in motion or when driving. However, if there is an inadequate supply of water or water is not even present in the radiator, it can affect your engine, leading to its damage.

3. Your tires are also very important because they link the vehicle to the ground and serve as a point of contact between the ground and the vehicle. You should check them to know if they've been deflated or need to be filled with air before driving out, because failure to check the tires and they are not in good condition can affect the performance of your car and might even lead to an accident if there is a tire blowout.

4. Another thing you should do before taking your car out for the day is to ensure that your mobile phone is put in silent mode before you drive. This is because a call coming into your phone can distract you while driving, and this may cause you to lose concentration or focus on the road, which may lead to an unexpected accident.
