The Republic of Iraq is a country located in Western Asia. There are a variety of ethnic and religious groups living in Baghdad, the capital city of Iraq. There are many remarkable aspects to the Iraqi military establishment, and this article will take a look at one of its most powerful war machines.

The M1955 gun-howitzer is a 152 mm military machine gun piece that requires a crew of eight military personnel to operate. It is equipped with hydraulic buffers which is used to launch rocket-aided ballistic missiles at a range of up to 15 miles (24 km).

There is a fleet of such advanced weapons in the Iraqi Army's arsenal. Since the Soviet Union's creation of that same war machine in the 1950s, its efficiency has kept it in use.
